Reconstruction Services

All documents related to projects construction and usage of the building and its facilities, building license, occupancy permit are issued and audited by Zone Directorate.

Zoning Services include;

  • Issuance of the Development status certificate, boundary survey and infrastructure data,

  • Inspection of the projects taken as a basis for construction projects and issuance of building license,

  • Conduct of the building audit transactions,

  • Taking necessary permits during the construction,

  • Issuance of the occupancy permit following the completion of the building, fall within the reconstruction services.
