All the items should be manufactured in accordance with the project

Landscaping works and garden walls should be completed

Cleaning works in and around the parcel should be completed

Building’s infrastructural systems should be connected to ITOB Network

Necessary permits and certificates should be taken.

All progress payments should be certified by the Building Inspection Authority
